We are not in network with all insurance companies. If we are Out of Network and you have a PPO, we are happy to provide a Superbill so that you can seek reimbursement. We DO NOT work with Medicare Advantage Plans.

I understand that an inquiry for psychotherapy services is not a promise I can be seen for services. I am submitting this form because I am interested in the free, 15-minute consultation to see if Jordan Nodelman, LCSW, LICSW is a good fit for my mental health needs; and, I am not in crisis. Finally, I agree to provide a credit card and sign an informed consent prior to any appointments being scheduled. I also understand that Jordan Nodelman, LCSW does not offer crisis counseling to individuals who are not clients. If you are in immediate need for care, dial 988 for the United States Crisis Hotline. Our office is located in Wilton Manors, Florida (Fort Lauderdale).

Services are offered both in-person or remotely (by HIPAA Compliant Telehealth software) in Florida and Virtual-only services are provided in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Vermont and Washington DC.

Our office is in a residential neighborhood on the Island City of Wilton Manors. There is plenty of parking. The office is secure with an exterior window overlooking palm trees. It is centrally located and accessible by public transportation. In-person clients come from all over the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach).
